Referring Cases for Appellate Review

The Information I need:

  • a complete copy of the file before the judge

  • the judge's decision

  • the Appeals Council denial notice

  • vetting for Ratliff debt: Child support, taxes, student loans, outstanding judgments

How to get it to me:

Referral fees:

Contact me via phone or email to let me know you are considering referring me a case.  Referrals are about relationships.  I value the relationship before the referral and I recognize the referral has value.
